She is passionate about building strong client relationships and creating solutions that drive sustainable success. Her leadership style focuses on collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering measurable results in a positive and productive environment.
A proud alumna of Ruyton, Kirsty pursued her Business degree at RMIT before gaining valuable experience in retail management, banking, and training coordination within the small business, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors.
In today’s dynamic landscape, where outsourcing, cloud-based data management, and decentralised workspaces have become the norm, Kirsty's initial vision has been fulfilled in offering tailored, cost-effective solutions which allow businesses to thrive in this new era.
Outside of her work at OakTree, Kirsty enjoys being a busy mum, cheering on the Vixens and Geelong Cats and more often than not chauffeuring her children around to their various activities with an almond latte in hand.
